Hmm... In this area, during the fall/winter, it pretty much leaves various bars, restaurants, diners, movie theaters, coffee houses, and that sort of fun. In the summer, it's like that only sometimes it happens by the water. There's punk rock bowling in asbury park. Assorted art parties in abury, redbank, and asbury. Oh...and there is alot of hanging out at "someones." As a general rule, people seem to flock north for some reason.

Other than that, be glad that you're not too far from NYC or philly.
